Have booked with dial-a-flight three times. Each time I've had quick efficient service. They know that good service means repeat business. Haven't used them for cars/hotels yet, only flights, but may well do so in the future.
Have tried booking direct with airlines, but inevitably I get hassle on their websites, and they don't arrange visas like dial-a-flight do. In any case, why bother? D-a-F get me the same price and they also can give me alternatives e.g. cheaper flights. I've booked twice UK/Australia, and they gave me cheaper alternatives e.g. a longer haul via Peking. They pointed out it was a longer trip with longer stopovers, but they did get me a cheaper alternative.
Once the booking's made, e-mail updates from D-a-F keep me fully informed.
I feel they actually care about their customers - I know it's a business, but speaking as a satisfied customer, I think it's a good one, and I'll gladly book with them again.
