Ipswich depot customer service appalling

Got my delivery text saying it would arrive between 1301 - 1401 on the 5th of November. Waited until 1600 and decided to call the depot to find out where my parcel was that I paid next day delivery for. They said the driver broke down and was running late however nothing was cancelled. So I waited until 1730 and still no deliver so I called back and the lady that answered said that the driver was still delivering and nothing was cancelled I should have it in the next 30 min. I asked here when should I call back if I have not received it and she told me to call this number at 1800 if I had not received it. So 1800 came around and nothing so I called back and wouldn't you know they were closed for the day and nobody to answer the phone. So firstly I took the day off for my parcel that I paid next day delivery for which happened to be a part for my dishwasher. I did not take my dishwasher apart until I got a text from interlink telling me what time my parcel was going to come. Also not once did interlink contact me to tell me my parcel was going to be late or not even going to come. What kind of delivery service are they running well I will tell you not a very reliable one.
