Great customer service. Placed my order hoping everything would go well. My products arrived all in good condition except one damaged bottle that had leaked. However as soon as I emailed in to raise the issue they was fast to send a replacement next day delivery free of charge . Very happy with prices and will use again.
I love the body shop products they are such good quality and I know whats in them. There online website is great you always get the best deals online. I recently made a order and had a 40 % off promo code and that was on top of sale items. The delivery provider they use is fab I ordered on a Sunday night and had it delivered by Tuesday and that was standard delivery. I will definitely be ordering some more goods next pay day.
I can only speak from personal experience. I have had a good few items delivered through DPD and they have always been on time and I love there tracking service. The tracking service enables people like myself to make sure I'm not caught in a awkward moment having a bath when the door rings . I like the fact that I know the drivers name etc. Not only this they are very fast with the service they use. If i make a online order I am always happy if its DPD as I am rest assured they will provide me a good service. The one particular driver who operates in my area deserves a pat on the back because he works hard.
I have been with Giff gaff around 2 years now. They do excellent deals for a PAYG sim. Yes network has been down once or twice but its not a big deal these things happen. They have a good online log in system where you can track usage, top up etc. I cant rate the customer service as I have never spoken with them via email which is the only option. However I am glad everything has worked as I shouldn't really need to contact my provider unless the network is down and even in that case there is no need to contact.
To sum it up I make lots of online shopping orders and avoid a company is they are using royal mail. I live in a building with front desk concierge 9am till 6 pm. I have no problem getting my other items from alternative companies. However when its royal mail im never surprised to find a something for you card ! This company has really gone to pot its a real shame. The postmen are either not bothering to take the package and leaving a card and if they are not doing that they are stealing post. Don't bother making a complaint as it will be not taken seriously and no action is taken. Its a real shame and they should really be realizing other companies are way ahead of these guys. Most companies allow you to track your and offer a swift redelivery.
