My husband ordered an Adidas cricket bat from morrant which he required knocking in so that it would be ready to use when it arrived. When he telephoned he was assured that it could be sent out by the end of the week. When Friday arrived he telephoned morrant again and they said he had been given incorrect information and it would take a couple of weeks as there was noone available to do the knocking in. He said that this was fine but that he was disappointed they hadnt just told him this in the first place. Two weeks later he rang again and they said it was now ready and would be with him the next day. With still no sign of the bat we have rang again and morrant have said it will be with us by the end of the week! Whether it turns up or not is anyones guess! The prices are good however the customer services have given many conflicting stories as to why its still not here and we are fed up!
