I ordered some trousers from the website. They arrived reasonably fast however were not as pictured on the website...a different model. On phoning to ask for the correct ones I was told they could not get them, so I wanted to return the item and get a refund. I was expected to pay return postage! I made a fuss and they did relent in the end and after a week a prepaid postage envelope arrived for me to return the trousers

I ordered a galvin green ladies skin from 118.
It arrived very quickly however they sent the wrong product. It was leggings in a labelled bag for the top!
I contacted customer services by email and they sent me the correct item the next day.
They asked me to return the wrong one which was an inconvenience but offered to pay the return postage, or alternatively purchase the unwanted item at a slightly reduced price
