slow to respond to e-mails and the returns postage slip for collect plus should be included with each order as it take too long to get one to make a return.

We usually respond to emails within 24 hours and it looks like we just exceeded this time slot. Unfortunately we can't include the Collect+ returns label as they won't let us integrate until we hit a specific number in annual returns, which leads us having to manually create them. Sorry we didn't live up to your expectations, we're trying our utmost to provide the perfect online experience.
