I ordered a memory foam mattress,via web,after confirming delivery,and payment I received a phonecall appologising,that the mattress was out of stock,and given the option of choosing a replacement. I enquired when my original order would be in stock,i was informed Silentnight deliveries too themselves were on Tuesdays,and I would receive it AM Wednesday.True to their word, that's what happened,many thanks Nextdaymattress
