Theres plenty of sports good shops out there who do offer refunds (like the rest of the retail world). I hope you'll consider joining me in not shopping here so that they change their ways or go bust. Either suits me.
When we signed up for Trustpilot we were told that external reviews such as Ebay would be "automatically" updated and added to our score as part of the service. After having them added manually a few times (only when I prompted them) because this system was "not working", they finally admitted that the automation of this process was never going to happen.
I just emailed them today to ask them to manually update the reviews and they now say they won't do it unless I sign up to a contract for an additional £20 per month for this service. This would increase my yearly cost for the service from £420 per year to £660 per year!
If they'd tried to sell me the service at this price in the first place I would never have signed up.

Bought a basic £54 microwave yesterday and waited ages as there were only 2 staff in the whole place to take payment. Then the girl on the checkout tried to push me a £12 product insurance policy by telling me that if I didnt take it and there were any in warranty faults that they would have to send it away for up to a month to be repaired (rather than replace it like any decent retailer).
Sharp practise, badly trained staff.

Thanks for your feedback and bringing this issue to our attention.
Import of external reviews is a feature we recently have started charging for. It is clear that we haven't been doing a good job communicating this to you, which we apologize for.
We will get back to you very soon on phone or email to sort things out.
