Virgin Atlantic
Ok, but not great.
We booked with Virgin to fly to Orlando. We were going on a transatlantic cruise with Disney tours for 14 days.
Anyway, we booked because we thought we would have more comfort &better service on the 8 odd hour flight.
What we got was mediocre service at best. They seemed to forget us when handing out the welcome packs, flight socks & in flight headphones, even though we paid for all this in the price.
Maybe it was just our bad luck, but I didn't like the service & they didn't seem overly freindly either.
The plane was also no more comfortable than any other plane.
Maybe I'm just being unfair, but at the end of the day, I don't feel it was worth the extra premium over the likes of Easyjet. Next time, I'll be saving my money & just booking with them.

Unbelievably poor service-Avoid at all cost!
I bought a mobile phone from this company on the 12th of December, they took the money from my debit card that day.
7 days later they sent the phone out, I phoned & complained & was told that's just what they do.
Another 5 days went by & I received the phone, only for it to be in japanese/chinese, I couldn't tell as I can't read either language.
I couldn't figure out how to set the phone to english because of this. I phoned them that day, they told me to E-mail them, I did this & 7 days later they replied saying to send the phone back, not giving me an address or anything.
Cutting a long story short. I sent the phone back after 3 weeks, (that's how long it took them to make up their mind what they wanted me to do)
I sent it special delivery & even though I had proof that they had received the phone, they kept saying they didn't. They ignored me for another 2 weeks.
After all this I just wanted my money back, they couldn't even do that.
In the end I had to claim my money off my Debit card, through my bank & luckily Simply electronics did refund me my postage, but only after about 3 months of non stop Emails & phone calls.
I found out the company is based in hong kong, so our laws don't apply to them regards fraud.
Avoid at all costs, you will get burned. I was lucky & got my money back, never again will I use this shoddy excuse for a company. I still believe if it wasn't for my bank, i would be £190 out of pocket.
