They reacted to my problem and deserve credit

I ordered a tablet, turned up next day didnt work. These things happen i was just unlucky. Contacted them to sort it out. Usual stuff at first , return paperwork, checks when it gets back to depot etc etc. Disappointing because it was for my sons birthday. However credit where it is due, after it being escalated to customer care senior manager Expansys knowing it was for a birthday have stepped outside their normal returns process, managed to get another tablet and are even ensuring it is delivered by courier. Cannot fault that customer service , all firms have things that go wrong that cant be helped but good firms are the ones that when it goes wrong that put it right and do the right thing even if it means going outside their own process. On this occasion Expansys have done this and there are not many firms that would do.

Therefore i would have to rate them highly and reccommend them to other purchasers.
