Silver Shuttle

Poorly organised and a slow, late journey

The driver arrived on time at 4am but that's probably where the positive points stop. His satnav was terrible so he seemed to get lost a lot on the way to the next pick up. As the shuttle service website had said the journey would take approximately 65 minutes and we took over 30 minutes finding an address near Shadwell we were starting to get concerned about punctuality. What was really bad is that there was only room for one more person in the people carrier but two people showed up, so my boyfriend and I had to put our large hiking bags and our day bags on our laps. It was very uncomfortable and frankly not safe. Luckily we had told the shuttle service an earlier time for our flight than was indeed the case but with a journey over 45 minutes longer than we were led to believe we still had to proceed quickly through check in and security. Hardly the experience you want to start your holiday! I am very disappointed in the service we received.
