I bought a bulk deal of 10 coconut bird feeders but only received 1. When I enquired as to when the other 9 were due I was told that there was a mistake on the offer and so they wouldn't be sending me the other 9. After an exchange of emails, during which I was blamed for not spotting their obvious mistake, I am currently consulting with Trading Standards on this matter. Although this problem has occured for me with a relatively low value sale, if they have done this to me they will do it to you !
My Protein products are always excellent, if a little expensive. The bags they use for their powder products however are not very good. Mine split in transit and I hadn't realised. It made a terrible mess in the boot of my car and on the kitchen floor plus of course I lost quite a bit of what I'd paid for.
These guys always give good service. I have only had one problem, even though I have ordered many times, and they sorted it for me, without any hassle.
I would however question the price rise on the High 5 Energy Gels which recently rose overnight from £12.99 to £16.99.
