Great helpful efficent service
I rang and asked about a North Face coat and talked to a friendly and helpful lady.
I ordered the coats in 2 sizes and they arrived within days. I loved the colour,style and feel of the coats but sadly the medium was too big and the small a little tight so I posted them back.
Within 2 days I had heard that my coats had arrived and within 3 days I heard my refund had been paid
This is the fastest turn around I have had on any returns and I was impressed to say the least
I would most certainly use Webtogs again and would recommend them on customer service alone
I am only sorry the coats didn't work out

Efficent Great value
Titmuss is a geniune and authenic shop for all dog/pet needs - it carries an extensive range of products all competitively priced
In the shop the staff are very friendly knowledgable and helpful with advice
Its not a chain which I prefer yet their prices are better than some of the large pet chainstores.
highy recommend when I order on line delivery is free over a certain price and its very quick
