Chocolate Trading Company
Does what it says on the box!
I have used the Chocolate Trading Company on a number of occasions, and I have never been let down. The CTC has managed to deliver the right items to the right people and within acceptable timescales - all of which adds up to A Good Thing.
The CTC is neither the cheapest nor the most expensive of its kind - but it *is* one of the best.
Shopeezee
Prompt action, courtesy - and the true meaning of "sevice".
I ordered an Antler Novant 3-piece set of luggage on 06.05.11. On 11.05.11, I 'phoned Shopeezee to enquire as to when I might expect delivery; the courteous gentleman to whom I spoke told me to expect it by close of play on 12.05.11. That date came and went with no delivery, so at about 12:00 on 13.05.11, I 'phoned Shopeezee to make further enquiries. The same courtesous gentleman as before and his brother explained, with profuse apologies, that a lack of items had prevented my shipment from going out as planned. However, they did have the goods as required, and in order to compensate me for the late arrival of goods, I was offered a ten-pound refund (a discount of about five percent, which was processed within the hour) and overnight delivery of the goods (which arrived at about 08:45 on 14.05.11. At least one British firm still knows the value of courtesy, and the true meaning of "service".
