I ordered my new vacuum cleaner last Sunday evening before the deadline time . I paid my extra £10 for next day delivery .
Monday afternoon , I rang to confirm delivery time , as no e-mail received . I was advised that because they did not work over the weekend , my order would be processed today , Monday , and dispatched for delivery on Tuesday which I accepted as no problem .
Tuesday afternoon I rang again , as still no e-mail received from the delivery company to be advised that the item I had ordered , (with 75 showing in stock ) was in fact " out of stock " with new stocks not expected until Wednesday , at the earliest . Vague and insincere apologies offered but order cancelled and full refund requested strongly .
