I bought a onesie for my son and the quality is appalling. It was split and they refused to exchange it 6 hours (THE SAME DAY) after purchase because my son had taken the tags off. WELL DONE TESCO HANLEY ON LOOSING A CUSTOMER. I will NEVER shop there again. Oh and dont rely on the staff for support, they tell you to come back and speak to the clothing department the following day and when you ask for a manager... well after the staff call on 2 different managers because the first couldn't be bothered to deal with the query, they come out with bloodshot red eyes looking like they are high as a kite. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE if you like WASTING your money!!!!!!
