The bottom bunk bed broke due to the poor assembly. Dreams accused me of misuse !! I then compared top bed to the bottom bed and found out the 4 supporting brackets were missing ! The customer service was disgraceful. No one called me back until I emailed head office . I have been without a bed for just over a month and I'm still waiting for parts to come in ! May I point out I paid £49.00 for assembly ! Finally came out in March but was without a part. The bed is now usable but I an still waiting for the back board to be replaced. This was 2 weeks ago and still no one has called me as promised !!
