I've bought various bulbs from this company on several occasions and haven't been disappointed.
On the last occasion, I purchased two dimmer switches. I had a problem with them (the lights flickered) so called EnergyBulbs. Customer Services were friendly and helpful. They gave me the number of the manufacturer's technical support and put a note on my account/order so that I didn't have to worry about exceeding the 7-day limit for returns/refunds. Manufacturer sorted problem. I'm very happy about how EnergyBulb handled this.
Bought a a full set of 5 ink cartridges for my Canon i865 inkjet. Total order cost of £5.24 including delivery -- ridiculously cheap!!
Ordered on Friday, received on Tuesday. Installed ink, works great!
Will use them again.
Didn't need to deal very much with Buyagift themselves as most of your interaction will be with the supplier of the gift experience. The activation process was easy enough.
Did a Lunch Cruise + London Eye experience, which was nice and went smoothly. Dinner was good, and as expected, drinks weren't included.
Also did a Couples Photoshoot with Doubletake Studios. The Studio was pretty laid-back, there was a pretty long wait before my girlfriend's hair and make up was done, but there were free drinks and snacks so it wasn't too bad. Once we got to see the photographer, it felt slightly rushed, but wasn't too bad. We got to do three changes of clothing with three or four backdrops. Photos turned out great. The photo viewing session was hard as there were so many nice photos to choose from. The sales lady was subtle, not pushy. We bought some "double-money" before the experience day and we were also allowed to swap the free print for a bit of credit to go towards another photo on a cd. So we got 7 photos on a cd with copyright for about £225. We were very happy with the results.
Ordered 3 appliances (oven, hob, extractor hood).
Got phone call to confirm the order and delivery slot.
Then got multiple texts and automated calls that just reiterated this information. Got call from driver at 7:30am to say they would deliver between 9am-1pm.
Called driver directly at 1:30pm when goods hadn't arrived. He blamed traffic. The two guys eventually arrived at 3:30pm, over 3 hours after their 4-hour delivery slot. They were not very careful with the cooker hood, and I had to carry the hob as they were struggling to manage. I didn't believe their story about traffic because I had a delivery all the way from Leeds on the same day, and it arrived on time (at 1:30pm).
However, good site and good prices.

Sold about 110 items (mostly cds, and a few dvds and games) for about £54.
Very poor price per item but when it's just cluttering your house, why not? It would've been too much work to sell all 110 on ebay etc. Sell the more valuable items on ebay, and flog the rest to musicmagpie.
Items were collected as arranged, cheque arrived a couple of weeks later.
Only problem was that one Queen cd didn't have a barcode so I manually typed the number equivalent printed on the sleeve. Musicmagpie didn't pay me for this cd with reason "promotional / no barcode". I didn't chase this up as it was too much hassle for the value of the cd.
I wasn't able to order on the website as it went in circles when I entered my (central London) postcode. Phoned up and placed order for Franke sink and tap. Friendly sales staff.
Delivered on time by very friendly chap. Goods inspected and shown to be in good condition.
I'd definitely recommend this site.
