i went to buy a phone for my gf from here and they tried to get me to get every insurance under the sun. I kept saying no but they constantly pester and try to force you to buy something. i ended up walking out, all they are interested in is money. bad company

I am so shocked at how bad this company is. Looking at the website you would think it is a respectable company. Ordered a bag which was in stck. Did day 3-5 days for dispatch which i didnt mind. 2 weeks went past so i had to email them, got told the bag i wanted was out of stock. This was never advertised and they took the money out of my account already. Told me to wait a week for it to b back in stock. waited 2 weeks without anything so had to email again, still not in stcok. kept telling me to choose something else but i wanted this particular one. customer service skills were disgraceful and they dont have a phone number to call!!! in the end i received a bag which i did not want but im having to keep hold of it as they have ignored my email for refund. this place should be shut down
