Superb service, very prompt dispatch, products exactly as described. PERFECT!
I placed my order online and within a day or so I was phoned by a member of staff to say, unfortunately some of the items were unavailable. They offered me a full refund, or alternative products. They were very helpful, extremely apologetic and I told them I was happy to receive some alternative products. I was impressed with the way they dealt with me and it was great to get a 'human' on the end of the phone who obviously was very genuine and had fantastic people skills. My products arrived within 48 hours after that phone call and I was absolutely delighted with them. I felt I had been given superb service and was valued as a customer. I will certainly be using Trophy Store again, and can highly recommend them as an online store.
