Ok.....How do I start this... 2 weeks ago my brother tried to order some jackets from Blacks as my husband suggested Blacks has some good products and can ship internationally. However 2 days later Blacks sent an email said order has been cancel due to 'some kind' of security reason. After checking with local Taiwanese bank and had made sure everything is fine and address is correct etc...He placed another order again and the same story happened. They have been browsing online again and again and again choosing new jackets as the original ones they want has gone and the amount of time and energy have put into this I felt so sorry for my brother and offered him some help with my UK based card and to be send to Taiwan.
My order seem went kind of fine but I have been waiting for 2 days for any information about despatching. I emailed customer service and they replied me my order has been cancelled due to the SECURITY REASON. Straight away I phoned the customer service and the person said the same thing security reason and unable to tell more. This seems to me just a poor excuse and easy get away!
After an unsatisfied phone call. I just want to give up all those nonsense but My brother still so stubborn and couldn't believe it is not working. He asked me to try again and send to my UK address.
I placed another order last Friday before 6pm. (on Blacks website says before 7pm order will be deliver next day.) It sounds really impressive but really it is a lie.
When you are unable to deliver why would you say it on the website?
I have been working over the weekend and at the same time I am living in a shadow as I kept checking on my Blacks account see if they send out my order or cancel my order again.
Fortunately, Items arrived this afternoon. When I opened the jackets and one of the Jacket STILL HAVE A SECURITY TAG ON IT. My heart gone cold............why would this be so difficult?? This is pure CARELESS and make customer's life harder.
I couldn't be able to deal with return it by post and decide to go straight to the shop and get the jacket untagged. An hour later I arrived Store in St Paul's London. I have explained to an Asian male staff and he doesn't seem surprise or being a little bit apologetic about this. He asked me anything else he can do? I briefly mentioned what happen about the online order.....and he said.......... so that is it? (Face expression says please leave now I don't want deal with you) A simple sorry for what happen would make a massive different but this kind of attitude just says all about Blacks customer service.
I felt so shocked and walked out the store full of anger!
