I bought a laundry basket over the internet and unfortunately had to return it the following day as it was dirty and broken, I had to write to customer services (who were wonderful) and tell them of my unfortunate experience. Also i paid £45 and there was a tag inside which said £40. But basically it wasn't worth 40p given the condition it was delivered in. I suppose China is a long way when being transported. If it were in good condition it would have been a good purchase.
But gues what review rejected and told it was a shipping fault. RUBBISH
Wrong item weeks to sort out and communication awful.
I have just edited this review to continue with the saga, I sent several emails at least two hours on the phone in total which I have to pay for.
The item I bought was wrongly listed, the Camden store just copied and pasted something they found on the Internet.
The packaging was dreadful, done by a five year old , no that's a disservice to a five year old, they are much more clever. They obviously do not want to communicate when there is an issue. I am shocked at the amount of negative comments I have seen today.
