Terrible, very frustrating experiences.

Have often had parcels left outside my door (in the rain) with no delivery note, or random guys turning up at 8pm with an unmarked white van with my stuff. Once or twice they've been on time, but its a gamble imho. As of now im awaiting a return to be delivered to Amazon due to a faulty item. Its taken them a week to get it from the south coast to Scotland and its status has been 'in transit, parcel delayed' (whatever that means) for 4 days and the parcel is stuck in Newbridge. Im pretty sure thats Yodel speak for 'not sure whats going on'. At a time i need a reliable delivery (and i dont think a week is unreasonable for a domestic delivery!) they have inevitably let me down, again. I will never, ever use them given an alternative, sadly i did not have one this time.
