Trustpilot is a flawed system. You can overide the authorisation code normally by typing in a sequence of numbers (123456) or letters (ABCDEFG9).
You can reply as a company even when you are not the company.
I cannot understand why companies are paying good money for such a system.
I bet after a few seconds, this comment will be deleted because Trustpilot is also an unmanned system, no body is ever checking. only if it is in the interest of trustpilot.

Fraud is a serious issue to us, and we are constanly working on closing the gaps we discover, when people are using the system in ways that are too creative.
The first two issues you mention are being solved. Last week we improved the security, and replying as if you pretend you are another company is not possible.
As this message hopefully is proving, we do care about what's going on here on Trustpilot and I appreciate you are taking time to highlight the flaws you found.
Have a great day!
