no reflection on CS or the products but this is my gripe...... once you order, you can't cancel an item BEFORE it's shipped. They have to waste postage in shipping customers have to waste money to post the item back. The system needs to change as it's madness otherwise. What a waste of people, time, money, the environment, work, etc.
this is based on another order I had last year - terrible. No sorry, no apology, missed they said they tried to delivery but the delivery guy lives next door who does our area. Lies and lack of replies. I've been waiting for the opportunity to express how bitterly disappointed I am as a loyal customer who's been with them for years. That's how bad their customer service is - I wait every day for christmas day and here it is in the middle of a gay May day. Now the internet gods have given me the opportunity to review MP, here it is.
The support is rubbish. You'd get more support from a beaten pile of donkey turd
If anyhow I get a sorry assed response saying ' i am sorry you feel this way, Myprotein strives to make things better' then you can suck a lollypop. What happened when i I needed you? When I ASKED to speak to a manager? When I got no delivery? When I waited weeks? Where was the 'sorry mate, here is a free shaker, thanks for sticking by us since the day we opened'. I only use them now for select products and soon as another company sells them, it's bye bye. I asked for a managers reply. Did i get one? No. That email got lost too .....along with my order.
Waiting for a myprotein order will take the same amount of time to grow a little cow in your garden, milk it with a tweezer and ferment your own protein.
