I placed an order for a bed that was advertised as available for immediate delivery for next day. After confirmation the bed did not arrive as indicated. Got a an e-mail saying someone tried to call me and the order has been delayed and they will be in touch with regards to a new delivery date (i checked my phone no messages or missed call), so this was lie. A few days later after receiving no response I chased World stores only to be told that the item was not available (despite it being still advertised on the website) and a refund has been requested. It has been 10 days since order was placed and I have received no refund. They are quick to take your money (despite the item not being available) but are not prepared to do a refund very quickly. I wonder how much money they make from customer in this way?
