I have four urgent delivery boxes , i received 100s of delivery every month and no one has ever complained that my premised is closed
But guess what , Here is a citi-link whose drive saying that we are closed !!!!
i called citilink advise them , please call on my number and i will come outside and show a way to your driver , but guess what .... Driver never bother to give me a call
I have asked customer service executive what happned , she says there is no NOTE on your account , [ however i have called and she confirmed that my number is updated ]
Same thing happen again and again , they have four parcel of mine and stupid executive is uploading note on other parcel number , they should upload to all the parcels
this is the level of ridiculous service they provide
please stay away from this company !!! dealing with them is a nightmare
i have booked the collection , received confirmation email that they are going to collect it today , but guess what !!
i ringed up three times , they dont have any information of it !
once they found they start saying its not booked in today !!!
then some one else said all OK and some one will come and pickup !!!
i wait ..wait and and wait
then ring them ,.. and surprise " driver said there was no one at warehouse !!!"
