Our project start in the administration of our apartment. Where they say that Vordinborg was one of the companies that can coworker to renovate kitchen’s in our complex.
Everiting was OK until we decide that more than 60.000 dkk for a 7 mt 2 kitchen without any appliances, plumber, electrical, floor, or painting work or installation of titles, was too much.
The attitude of the seller changed. At that point they were no longer so good coworkers with the administration of my building. But at that point we decide to continue with the project. Big mistake.
We decide to put down the kitchen by our self. Pay for the counter top and the sink with the money of the renovation account that our apartment. And that was not good received by the seller. The first time they said that was not possible to pay the kitchen in different factures, but afterwards they accepted.
The kitchen at the end cost around 40.000 dkk.
The coordination between Vordinborg and my Building complex administration was a catastrophe. Nobody took responsibility for the project. Even though they have an agreement in that the kitchen must be fully completed in 15 working days and the provider of the kitchen should develop a schedule for the kitchen project. But not in my case.
The installation of the kitchen have a lot of mistakes of logistic. Vordinborg seller pretended that was our responsibility to know for example that the plumer have to come first that the mason or the painter, etc. etc.
Vordinborg seller person didn’t read some emails, so the final order of the kitchen have had 2 big mistakes. I found 1 (the color of the cabinets) but the other one (the color of the counter top) was simply impossible to find, because the mistake was 2 types of grey and the only difference was a code that we didn’t notice in the 5 pages of codes and references.
Vordinborg order a new top, but the seller forgot to tell us that we must pay for the new one. Fortunately, this issue was fixed after a few phone calls, emails, patience and a lot of time.
The project start 3 months ago (01-08-2013) and today 26-10-2013 the kitchen is not finish 100%. Is not because Vordinborg hasn’t finish, but is Vordinborg fail not to take care of the project until it is 100% finish even though changes, mistakes.
If you are planning to make a kitchen thru the administration of your building complex, assume that you are making the kitchen with to different companies that has very poor communication and that is your responsibility to coordinate workers, procedures and logistics in the disassembly, preparation, mounting and finishing in your kitchen.

Look nice? Yes, but is difficult to enjoy it after so many problems and time.
In Kastrup was no problems, but now, they closed the nearest post office without notice.
The post man comes to deliver packages between 11 and 14, when people are never home.
In the last month I had to go 3 times to the distant new package office delivery.
Not good enough.
Update: Now the postman decide if the package goes to the pakkeboks or to the postbutik, according with the weight of the shipment. What? Are you kidding me?

I already chat with customer service and they told me that maybe the pakkeboks was full. But this is not a reason to put the package in the post office. If the packet has omdeling, has to be delivered.
The information about my packet is:
Mål i meter (L, B, H):0,31 x 0,24 x 0,17
As you can read, the dimensions and weight are according with the pakkeboks regulations.
Customer service tells lies. Unreliable!. Do not believe what they say.

Jeg sendte et brev den 21. december, de kontaktede mig telefonisk den 15. januar og spørge mig oplysninger, han havde sendt i min brev fra den 21. december og fik at vide, at de ville kommunikere med mig. Den 30. januar skrev jeg igen på den samme sag. Men indtil i dag jeg har ikke noget svar.
