Exactly as ordered
What more can you ask for? Good prices, excellent customer service (when required), speedy delivery and free if you order enough! My first stop for brewing equipment.

Lost sight of the ball...
What was once a great business model seems to have slid down the scale markedly over the past year or so. I now find myself coming away from Tesco feeling I've been cheated in some way.
Noticably, the staff don't seem so happy, either, and there's a lot of shirts&ties walking around with clipboards speaking loudly at each other but producing the same old same old.
With their rickety trolleys, substandard food quality, spurious deals, misplaced items - I'm finding a much more pleasurable shopping experience at Sainsbury's, these days.

The ideal business model
No fuss, competitive prices, user reviews, wide portfolio, generally fast (especially with Prime), very reliable. It's no wonder they're running ahead of all the competition - they've pitched it perfectly for the time they're in.

Could do better
Slow for this day and age and the merchandise was left outside in the rain. Fortunately, it was made of plastic but I had to brush off and fish-out the critters that used it for refuge.
The merchandise was not quite as expected so more information on their website would have been helpful.
