I bought the mattress for my daughter and her boyfriend. The customer service was excellent easily handling a changed date of delivery and keeping me informed of progress. The mattress is reportedly very comfortable and giving the best nights' sleep in ages. So, all good!
What was once a great business model seems to have slid down the scale markedly over the past year or so. I now find myself coming away from Tesco feeling I've been cheated in some way.
Noticably, the staff don't seem so happy, either, and there's a lot of shirts&ties walking around with clipboards speaking loudly at each other but producing the same old same old.
With their rickety trolleys, substandard food quality, spurious deals, misplaced items - I'm finding a much more pleasurable shopping experience at Sainsbury's, these days.
Slow for this day and age and the merchandise was left outside in the rain. Fortunately, it was made of plastic but I had to brush off and fish-out the critters that used it for refuge.
The merchandise was not quite as expected so more information on their website would have been helpful.
