We have used Furniture @ Work twice. The first time all went well and delivery was efficient and the goods were value for money. Unfortunately, the second time we used them one of the chairs was broken when delivered. We telephone immediately to inform them and was told to repackage the chair and they would arrange for it to be picked and a replacement delivered. A week later, we were asked to take photographs of the damage - too late it was so well parcelled up for the return the box would have fallen apart! Now, they are 'still dealing with the outstanding issue'! So VERY POOR service if the goods received are damaged but who knows - you may be lucky!
