I placed an order for hair products that are a bit difficult to find where I live. Initially I had the package delivered to my Work address in Denmark. Unfortunately, Danish Post wanted another £22 to collect the package. So, natuarally, I refused it. Three days later I recieved an email from customer service asking what I wanted to do, they then reshipped to my home address in Sweden, where such extortion does not take place. I am a customer for life!
