my printer was broke so i couldnt print my label for my parcel so contacted P2G through facebook live chat, and spoke to Emma she was super helpful and sorted my problem out super quick very happy great customer service

total nightmare

i bought 2 red drill sergeants skylanders from the site but i got sent the wrong ones :( i sent them straight back for a refund then thats when it became a nightmare.
it took ages to get a refund, i emailed loads and went to the shop where they have nothing to do with the website and when i did get a answer they just said they were sorting it out (unreal how many times this happened) i think it took around 2 months to get my refund.
not happy at all I love the shop but not a fan of the customer services on the website
