Abysmal service

Had a card yesterday to say they tried to deliver my parcel and that it would be redelivered today. I thought that was fair enough as I had been at my mother's house as my dad passed away recently and we were sorting out funeral arrangements. I have wasted a full day waiting in for it, only to be told by the tracking service that it had been 'redelivered' at 17.21 and that a card had been left. This is a total lie as both my partner and I had been in ALL DAY and not once had there been a knock at the door. we can even see the front door from our sofa! And nothing had been left to suggest a redelivery had been attempted. I now have to wait until Wednesday for my parcel - that's if they even bother to attempt to deliver it - as it is my father's funeral on Monday and I will not be home until Tuesday afternoon. The most frustrating thing is, I saw a Yodel van PASS MY HOUSE at 1pm this afternoon!! And with it now being Saturday evening I can't even ring their customer services. And I shan't be doing that on Monday as I have far more important things to deal with that day.
