Ordered roses on 3rd of February for delivery on 14th, so they have plenty of time to allocate my delivery. Plus, I didn't pick a delivery time slot, so a whole day to pick from!!
When they hadn't arrived by 4pm on 14th I decided to contact their customer service via the web site to request the tracking information they said would be sent when I first ordered. I received a reply about 3 hours later: "We just wanted to let you know that your recent iflorist order has been successfully allocated and will be delivered on 14 Feb 2014". About a minute later another email stating: "We just wanted to let you know that your recent iflorist order has been allocated a tracking number and will be delivered on 14 Feb 2014".
The tracking info was not helpful as the goods were still at the warehouse apparently.
The flowers were eventually delivered the next day around 3pm followed by an email stating: "Good news! We can confirm that your recent order has been successfully delivered as requested".
My request was a bunch of roses for my wife on Valentines day, not a day later when she wasn't even home to receive them!!! Way to add insult to injury, thank you!
OK, they were eventually delivered and pretty good quality, but my real gripe with this company is their shoddy automated customer service and their inability to say sorry!!
I still haven't had a reply to my emails asking for an explanation or possible refund of delivery charge.
Out of all the companies that e-mail me with flower delivery offers, you will be the last I ever use or recommend.
I have used Mattressman before and found their prices very competitive and with delivery included hard to beat.
The only thing I can fault is the delivery company who never answer their phone, so trying to get a 'ball park' delivery time is impossible. Although the driver who delivered the bed and mattress was very helpful and helped carry into my flat and up a flight of stairs which he didn't have to do as I only asked for 'single man' delivery. Big thank you to him.
In conclusion, good quality bed and mattress, very good price, very pleased.

Their prices are always competitive and sometimes unbeatable.
Needed an spare battery and charger for a DeWalt tool in a hurry, they had both and at the best price I could find.
Although they arrived boxed together without original packaging or paperwork (they don't really need instructions) this did not detract from the service as they were delivered very quickly.

After spending a lot of money in the past replacing the battery in my wife's watch at the Jewellers, I decided to do it myself.
I did a search online and Battery Force had stock and the best deal available. After ordering from them I was impressed by their email which contained full order and delivery details.
Now for the 'fly in the ointment', the Royal Mail!
Battery Force tried to send my order twice by standard post which still haven't turned up! Then they, very sensibly, sent it recorded delivery, so I could at least see where it was.
Amazingly it arrived the day after I received the email with delivery details, but as for the record of delivery...it is still showing as not delivered, because no signature was requested!Perhaps this sounds like a bad review of the Royal Mail, but it is a testament to the patience of the excellent customer service team at Battery Force, thank you.
I highly recommend them but suggest they 'have a word' with the 'postie'!
We've been customers for about three years now and they have never let us down.
If you have any gripes about delivery time and an occasional lapse in customer service it will pale into insignificance when you compare the prices charged by your local vet for the same products.
I have used this company about four times over the past 2 years and I have to say their customer and delivery service, although not bad before, are now second to none. The last two orders, made quite recently, went without a hitch and the prices were some of the lowest I could find anywhere.
