Last trip to South Africa, worst food I have ever experienced on a plane in over 20 years of flying, yes it was that bad. I have been flying with Virgin for many years now, but after this last trip, I really have to question my loyalty to them.
Everything else was up to the usual good standards, excepting for that.
Needed an alternator for my M3. Called them up, spoke to a most helpful and knowledgeable gentleman and the next day I had the alternator. Totally painless and pleasant experience. If only more places could operate this way. I would heartily recommnend them to anybody.
