FAILED

I HAD BOOKED AND PAID IN ADVANCE THEN WHEN I CALLED EN ROUTE TO AIRPORT YOU HAD NO RECORD OF MY BOOKING, BUT SAID SOMEONE COULD COME OUT. I SAID I WAS GOING TO T5, THEN WHEN I CALLED FROM T5 THEY SAID DRIVER HAD GONE TO T1, HE WAS RUDE UNHELPFUL SAYING IT WAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM, AND THREATENED TO NOT COME AND COLLECT MY CAR. I WAS NOT IMPRESSED AND NOW ABOUT TO MISS MY PLANE SO A VERY HELPFUL MAN FROM A COMPETITOR OFFERED TO ASSIST AND TAKE MY CAR. I JUST MADE MY PLANE, AND ON MY RETURN MY CAR WAS WAITING FOR ME - VERY EFFICIENT SERVICE FROM METEOR. ONLY GOOD SERVICE WAS FROM GILL DARBY WHO HAS EMAILED , APOLOGISED AND REFUNDED MY MONEY. IT IS UNLIKELY I WILL BE USING MGP AGAIN.

Dear Mr Grose,

I would like to apologise again for your bad experience earlier this month. As I explained at the time, the booking email was not generated to the Heathrow office due to a system error, which meant that they had no record of your booking. This was a one off problem with the booking system and we are very sorry this caused you the inconvenience it did. I would also like to apologise that you feel this situation was not handled well by the Heathrow office and I will certainly pass your comments onto the operations manager.
