Satisfactory service

I've used Play for many years now, although recently have stopped using them less as they're not as competitive as they used to be. Never really had any major issues with them, other than delayed deliveries, but that's just an annoyance.

The one thing that does bug me is their clothing department, they're not discriptive enough with the products on sale. Have bought clothing in a size that I normally would, assuming it's a "proper fit" only to find the sizing is baggy/huge, then having to pay the postage fee to return the item, all because play can't be bothered to put a decent discription up.

They not always be the cheapest on products, but their customer support is always good. I've had several issues with products I've purchased from them in the past but have always been dealt with promptly and to a more than satisfactory level.

Thomascook

Not too shabby....

Recently had a holiday to Tenerife booked through Thomas Cook, it was a very good holiday, the reason I give it 3 stars though is because Thomas Cook were pretty unenthusiatic, was informed that we'd receive a discount card for restaurants, attraction etc. plus money off our next holiday, never received. And all transport, when part of Thomas Cook, was always ridiculously late.

Other than that, I had a great holiday, I would gladly use Thomas Cook again, but feel these are thing thay could work on.

Cheap and reliable

Been using Zavvi since it's buy out by "TheHut" and I have to say I've never had any issues with them yet and they quite often undercut competitors on price. Definitely worth keeping an eye on their "Mega Monday" deals.

A little apprehensive of using CRC again....

Ordered a 8GBP chainstay protector and received a 2GBP sports nutrition shake. This to me is a monumental cock up as it's not as if you can get the two confused.....

Hopefully this problem will be sorted promptly without hassle.

Great service, very competitive prices!

I ordered some whey protein after paying a substatial amount more elsewhere, very happy with the product and service received.
