First order was delivered with great efficiently and I expect this is almost always the case. However my second order never turned up (last Friday)and I have had no communication from Jules B though I notice the money for the order has been taken by them! They have not acknowledged my email about the non-delivery. I have now phoned and have been told my order will arrive today or tomorrow.....but still no word by email. I have no idea what is happening! They seem to have no system for what to do when something doesn't go to plan.
