Company are thieves, simple as that!!!!

Let me explain a little about my experience with Expansys.

On the 18th September i placed an order for a Sony Xperia Z1 smartphone which also included the Sony Smart Watch 2. On the 9th October i received my smart watch, also on the 9th October my Xperia Z1 smartphone developed a fault (vibration motor was very loud and screeching), so i initiated a return of the phone, as i cannot be without a phone i purchased another Xperia Z1 from Expansys that did not include the smart watch but i thought as i purchased another phone they could swap it over, so i returned the phone on the 17th October, on the 23rd of October i received an email from Richard Navarro-Montes saying they had received the phone but not the smart watch, i explained that i had purchased another Z1 and could they honour the sony smart watch on that order to which i was swiftly told that they needed the smart watch back to initiate the refund of the phone. 31st October and the watch was returned. 7th of November and still no refund so i emailed Richard Navarro-Montes explaining that i had returned the phone and watch etc, also sent 3 emails to Expansys to which no reply. 8th of November and received a reply saying that Richard will look into it. Basically after a few more emails had been sent between parties i was asked to call on the 11th of November as there was an issue. I rang customer services to be informed that the refund had been denied as the item was not pristine, which item was not pristine is still a mystery to this day but basically i lost it with the chap on the phone and told him to get Richard to ring me, did he? No chance!!! Now keep in mind that the phone and the watch had been used, the phone developed the fault so naturally they aint going to be pristine, i had even offered for them to deduct the smart watch from my refund but they were having none of it so thats why i returned the smart watch. On the 11th November i sent an email to Richard Navarro-Montes saying just return the F******* phone and watch as i had had enough, yes i lost it but this is £569 of my money and no goods. Today which is the 18th of November and i still have no refund or goods returned to me. I called Expansys customer services again today and was told i would get a phone call back in 30 minutes, as this happened? No. I am so frustrated that this company can act this way and not give 2 s**** about a customer who is £569 out of pocket, they do not respond to emails and they will treat you like a piece of rubbish once they have your money. My only option now is to contact the police and class this as theft. Well done Expansys for showing your true colours.

Anyone thinking of buying goods from this company should think twice, if your product is faulty then expect the same level of not giving a S***. Much better online retailers out there who have customer services that put Expansys to shame!!!!!
