My recent transfer of funds did not go that smoothly, mainly because I do not have the tools in the U.K. to set it up properly. My several requests for help were greeted with swift responses, and they even threw in some British humour.!
Only one complaint - there is an option on the web site to 'cancel' or 'delete' an order but as far as I can tell it does not explain the difference (what about a balloon or bubble help). In fact, I was given wrong advice at this point - they said 'cancel the order and amend it ....' where I think they meant 'cancel (or delete???) and create a new order.....'
Still, it was great service...
