My sister procured tickets for Bruno Mars back in May this year for the concert on Nov 21. It is now Nov 19th and she still hasn't received the tickets. We have sent several emails and after the usual umpteen selection choices on their customer service phone line have held for 20 mins plus at a time with no answer!!. I am flying from Northern Ireland to London with my 16 year old daughter tomorrow especially for this concert. This was a special present for her and am extremely frightened that she is going to be let down. Again my assumption was they were a ticket sales company not a ticket broker. Not impressed!!! & distracted with worry.....
