i have had to make THREE ACCOUNTS at lookfantastic.com because each was promptly DELETED without my knowledge or consent; i had my credit card details on all of them, and had made THREE PURCHASES, NONE of which i could follow up on, or make enquiries on, because i couldn't EVER sign-in. and now customer service is telling me that my orders "are unable to ship" because my "details failed to meet our security standards." what security standards are these that MY CREDIT CARDS ARE STILL CHARGED, but NONE OF MY ORDERS SHIP??
I WANT AN IMMEDIATE AND FULL REFUND for my orders number 33417163 (GBP 29.90), order number 33228867 (GBP 19.89) and order number 33482607 (GBP 9.09 via paypal transaction ID O-4PF41386D63221239).
customer service has been NON-EXISTENT, and what little you can find on the facebook lookfantastic page has been conflicting at best, with tom, kieran, and bobby all telling you items have shipped, no, they have not shipped. if you're shipping overseas, DO NOT ORDER FROM LOOKFANTASTIC.COM.
UPDATE: lookfantastic tells me they have sent me a message to my lookfantastic account, and asks that i log in to see that. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO LOG IN to my supposedly non-existent accounts? how did lookfantastic send messages to my non-existent account??? STOP BS-ING, LOOKFANTASTIC!
