Elendig oplevelse
Brugte Google oversætter så bær over med mig:
1) leveringstid annonceret som 1-2-3-4 uger?! - Den faktiske: 7 uger
2) holder ikke hvad de lover - uprofessionel kundeservice
3) levering ikke komplet (mangler hætte - stadig ikke leveret!)

You can be more than sure that the delivery issue we've experienced in september and october with our Family Bikes has been a nigthmare for both our clients and also us.
The expected delivery, as it says on the webshop, is 3-4 weeks and you ended up waiting 7 weeks.
It's not good enough but hopefully you understand that we did what we could to deliver as quick as possible as it would make no sense for us to stall the delivery.
If our clientservice has given you wrong delivery informations and not been able to keep a promise - again it's been promissed in good faith because they've been promissed delivery from our suppliers.
At last we are sorry that you didn't get your canopy in the box - and hope you recieved it well yesterday.
We hope that your bike will live up to the long waiting time...
