Made finding a tenant easy
Used twice now. Just wanted to advertise a property to rent as broadly as possible. Received plenty of interest and in both cases found a quality tenant. I never used any ancillary services and vetted interested parties myself to sort the wheat from the chaff (or is that chav). Good service. I would have given it 5 stars only the price went up considerably in the 2 year interim period between tenants. All in all very good. Thank You

DISGUSTING AND TO BE AVOIDED
I am now instigating Legal Proceedings against this company. Disgusting company. Ordered an appliance. Was fed lies for a month. Gave up and cancelled. Told I would be refunded . Three phone calls later my credit card still hasn't been refunded. No Appliance and No Refund to date. Incidently I should mention that you are charged immediately. My order was 12th April and was charged immediately. It is now the 23rd May and no refund yet after 3 phone calls. Out of pocket for hundreds of pounds for 6 weeks. I would have rated them with zero but 1 was the minimum it allowed me to give the company. THIS WAS MY EXPERIENCE AND YOU HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED!! Disgusting company and if this is the best they can treat their customers they don't deserve to be in business. After 3 phone calls I am now in the process of recovery via legal means curtesy of my Credit card company and Legal insurance.
