AN INSECT HAS A BIGGER BRAIN THAN THE WHOLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM PUT TOGETHER !!! OMFG i have studied customer service for around 3 years. The service at Talk Talk Technicling's as we call them in our house, is the most diabolical IN THE WORLD!!!! Talk Talk like to cut off our broadband whenever they feel like it to try and make us pay £50 for an engineer. If you tell them there is no fault your end they will simply tell you, the service will be back on in 24 hour-ings. Once we had no broadband for 3 MONTHS !!! It wasn't until we managed to get a number for head office we managed to wort this out as we tried to cancel and we were told "i do not have time to cancel-ings beeeeep".
IF I WAS STRANDED IN THE DESERT WITH NO FOOD OR WATER I WOULDNT BE ABLE TO USE THE F***K**G SERVICE TO GET HELP BECAUSE ID HAVE TO WAIT 24 HOUR-INGS. WORST COMPANY IN THE UK! TALK TALK DOSE NOT PROVIDE A SERVICE THEY WILL ROB YOU !!!
