Disorganised mess ups
Made the order, first thing was order was split into 2 (even for small order). OK. First bit (valves) came fine. Second one (4 radiators) did not turn up on delivery date -- I waited in all day. No email no call. Day after I called and was told some deadline had been missed (huh?! this was a week after order) and that it would be another week. Lady offered to source elsewhere and call back. No call that day. Next day got a call from random plumber -- "we have your radiators to deliver now", followed by 2 emails from plumbnation saying there were no radiators and it would be another week. And then lo and behold the radiators came the same day, despite what plumbnation said.

Ordered a few items -- one came broken, was replaced very next day.
