Ours is a simple story. We bought a television and it stopped working after 4 months so we returned it.
Cue 12 months of countless calls, arrogant emails, broken promises, outright lies but no actual refund, repair or replacement.
God help you if you have a problem with your product.
Just no...don't even think about it...
Regus have a great office but the trouble started after 2 months when I tried to use their postage service. 5 incorrect invoices later and much money spent a colleague arrived to find himself locked out of the office as they wanted yet more money and claimed late payment on the invoice they couldn't even get right! In fact every single invoice has involved overcharging, with the exception of just one.
Imagine trying to teach calculus to a brontosaurus; that's how much chance you have of being charged correctly.
Frankly I'm astonished that they haven't been sued more times.
