Brilliant personal service

I was looking for an iPad 2 for my wife's birthday and found that Simply Electronics were one of the few companies that had it in stock. I ordered not expecting it to arrive before her birthday in seven days time. I telephoned three days before the day as I had not received a dispatch date. The person I spoke to was very helpful and assured me that it would arrive before her birthday. Sure enough the day before I got an email to say that it had been dispatched and it would arrive that day. It was delivered by UPS express delivery the day before her birthday exactly as promised. Nowadays many companies will tell you anything just to get your business and then disappoint you with delivery ( PC World for example!!!) Thanks Simple Electronics you did a great job.
