FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I PLACED MY ORDER ON THE PHONE THE GUY WAS SO HELPFUL AND POLITE, JUST WAITING ON THE BED NOW WHICH ARRIVES FRIDAY...AFTER MY NIGHTMARE WITH BEDWORLD
First of all I ordered a faux leather ottoman bed which came with a free memory foam mattress, when it arrived 2 days later by courier all the boxes were damaged and you could see this bed had been opened and resealed many times over, It was clear that this bed had been reuturned to them several times.
Open opening the boxes carefully to put the bed together I noticed that one of the side panels had a huge tear in it, I instantly tried to phone them but all I got was voice mail on which I left several messages, so I tried the other number for sales they were rude and basically told me they couldnt help me.
The next day after 2 hours of trying 3 different numbers I eventually managed to speak to the so called Manager who was very rude abrupt and didnt care what I said. They asked me for photo's of the damage and called me a liar saying I had not left any messages or emails when I had proof that I had.
After arguing with this woman for about 30 minutes they decided they would replace one panel for me however when this arrived this was also damaged and off a totally different bed!
They don't answer the phone, their customer service is awful, I have now returned the bed but am struggling to get my refund. The bed came with a free memory foam mattress and pillows which were never opened I rerturned them with the bed and am being told because this was not damaged they are going to charge me a delivery fee! However as it was free with the bed if Id kept it I would have been charged the full price of the mattress.... I have now had to order a different bed from another company, which have also heard bad reports about Bed World... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! BEWARE OH I HAVE CONTACTED WATCH DOG TOO
