Ordered an exact measurement blind to include a rail and blind slats with all attachments after office hours. Measurements were provided for my window width and slat drop. Thought about the order over night and emailed Kingston Blinds the morning after to ask and explain if I'd provided the correct measurement for the drop. Information was provided to say the measurement I needed was the slat drop so my order measurements remained unchanged. My order was received on the 14th Nov. Everything was well packaged and delivered by a reputable company so I was happy. Blinds were put up on the Sat. Everything was ok until the blinds were hung and were found to be too short for my window! therefore definitely not suitable for purchase. Contacted Phil at the company to explain and reply was received on the Monday 18th Nov. I was told I had provided them with the wrong measurements but would be offered 20% off my next ordered. Explained I had checked to see if these were the correct measurements and he had told me they were. Still waiting for a reply from Monday. It is Friday now and I am very unhappy and feel ignored by this company. The next stage will be to speak to Trading Standards to see what I can do next.
